The Institutions gave a brief overview of their programs and activities, as well as expressed their readiness to implement joint initiatives under the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding that both parties agreed to sign in the near future.
H.E. Prof. Mr. Yerlan A. Baidaulet, Director General of IOFS conveyed his commitment on behalf of the Organization to the establishment of a strong partnership with ACSAD on the discussed areas of cooperation such as plant and animal genetic resources, olive oil, and palm date in the short term, and other issues of agriculture and food security.
