The XV Dairy Olympics, to be held in Ankara from May 26 to May 30, 2024, is set to host dairy industry specialists from around the world, drawing in over 500 representatives from more than 30 countries. This independent event has become a significant platform for industry professionals, featuring a unique aspect of changing locations annually and incorporating visits to dairy enterprises alongside a sports program that fosters camaraderie among participants. The event spans three days of business programs, including sections on milk processing, production, genetics, and technology. The Summer Dairy Summit on the first day will feature speeches from prominent figures in the industry, such as Piercristiano Brazzale, President of the IDF; Thorsten Hemme from IFCN Farmer Analytics Network; Professor Ahmed El Tigani of Al Rawabi Dairy Co.L.L.C; Kevin Bellamy, an expert on the Indian dairy market; and Igor Baringolts, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RM-Agro.
