Astana, Kazakhstan | 13 July 2026 — Director General of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS) Ambassador Berik Aryn visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Astana to sign the Book of Condolences following the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Father Emir of the State of Qatar.
On behalf of the Organisation, Ambassador Aryn conveyed his deepest condolences to the leadership, Government, and people of the State of Qatar. He expressed profound sympathy to the Al Thani family and the Qatari nation, honoring the late Emir’s distinguished leadership and his lasting contribution to the development and prosperity of Qatar.
