Qatar Charity (QC), in collaboration with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), has distributed 21,500 food parcels to residents of the Gaza Strip as part of its ‘Labbeh Gaza’ campaign. This campaign aims to address the essential needs of 550,000 people in Gaza, with a budget of QR 40 million dedicated to providing food, shelter, and medicine. The food parcels, each designed to support a family for a full month, are expected to benefit approximately 100,000 people. The aid was delivered via 39 convoys from QC’s office in Jordan and includes nearly 15 tons of medicines and medical supplies in addition to the food. Mana Al Ansari, Director of the Emergency and Relief Department at QC, highlighted the organization’s commitment to alleviating the suffering of Gazans during the ongoing conflict, emphasizing their focus on providing crucial supplies to those in need.
